March 23 - 26

Another full day! After being notified of a large number of donkeys at a local feed lot we decided to try and raise funds as quickly as we could to help those in "the most need". We originally saved eight but after a few days, we took on a few more that were left behind for a total of sixteen! Our quarantine pens were full so thankfully a veterinary friend and fellow rescuer was kind enough to take half of them into quarantine for us. Our donors are amazing! Every penny helps and is appreciated.

This senior gal has now been named "Granny Apple".
